Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were extremely nice with a mini refrigerator included, clean, and spacious, offering a wonderful view despite being uphill in a charming residential area. The service was impeccable, with always-smiling and attentive staff members providing great advice and assistance. The location, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with hills and trees, was perfect for exploring Medellin without being in the middle of the noise, making it safe and convenient for getting around. The dining experience was a highlight, offering a varied and plentiful selection of delicious options to please all guests.

I had a pleasant stay at Poblado Alejandria Hotel. The rooms were big and spacious, located on the upper floors with a balcony, making them comfortable. The service was very professional and accommodating, helping me arrange a day trip to El Penol effortlessly. The location, while a bit oriented towards a mall, provided a safe and quiet residential area. The dining was varied and abundant, but the coffee was a letdown. Overall, a good value for money option.
